3 quality ingredients that take your sauna routine further.
A natural volcanic mineral with a microscopic, cage-like structure — optimized and nano-sized so more of it can trap positively-charged heavy metals in the gut before they recirculate. 800 mg per serving, printed on the label.*
supported
- Heavy-metal binding in the gut*
- Full 800 mg dose, no proprietary blends*

A soluble prebiotic fiber that binds organic compounds and supports regular elimination — so what's trapped actually leaves. Works alongside zeolite for dual-action coverage.*

Sweat carries out only a fraction
The Blood, Urine and Sweat study tracked toxic elements across all three routes and found many are only partially eliminated through sweat — the rest leave through the gut.

Bile acids recirculate ~95% per cycle
Compounds packaged into bile reach the gut, where — without something to bind them — the majority are reabsorbed and sent back around.

Zeolite's cage-like structure
Clinoptilolite is a natural volcanic mineral whose microporous structure preferentially binds positively-charged heavy metals in the gut through ion exchange.

Doesn't deplete essential minerals
A long-term human clinical study on clinoptilolite supplementation tracked blood mineral parameters and did not find depletion of essential minerals.

Acacia acts as a prebiotic
Gum arabic (acacia) established prebiotic functionality in healthy volunteers, supporting beneficial gut bacteria and regular motility.

Not all binders are selective
Activated charcoal binds broadly and non-selectively — useful acutely, but it doesn't discriminate between what you want gone and the nutrients you'd keep.

Trusted by men who take the heat seriously
I almost didn't buy this
Thought it was marketing hype. I've done sauna for years and never used a binder. Two weeks in and I stopped getting that heavy, drained feeling after sessions.
Recovery changed on sauna days
I train 6 days a week and sauna after every session. Started SaunaStack and the difference was obvious within a week — less sluggish the next morning.
The missing piece in my protocol
Had electrolytes dialed. HeatCap for my scalp. But nothing handling what was happening inside. Gut regularity improved in days.

Us vs. Them
The gummy does the catching — not just the sweating. Here's the pre-sauna binder against a plain single binder and doing nothing.

FAQs
Everything about the pre-sauna binder — before you stack.
Why do I need a binder for sauna at all?
Sweating clears some water-soluble compounds through the skin. Most of what your body mobilizes during heat goes a different route — processed by the liver, packaged into bile, and released into the digestive tract. Bile acids are then recirculated back through the small intestine at a rate of roughly 95% per cycle (Ridlon et al. 2006). That's normal biology, not a malfunction. A binder taken beforehand sits in the gut and gives some of that material something to attach to on the way through.
Why 30 minutes before, and not after?
A binder can only work on what's in the gut at the same time it is. Take it after and you've missed most of the window. Thirty minutes is enough for the gummies to break down and hydrate so the binders are in position before your session starts.
Running late? 15 minutes is better than nothing, and much better than after. Just don't take them mid-session.
I already take other supplements. Will this interfere?
Space it out. Binders don't distinguish between what you want gone and the magnesium you paid for, so take SaunaStack on its own — ideally 1–2 hours away from other supplements and away from meals. Since it's timed to your sauna session, this usually sorts itself out.
If you take prescription medication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before adding any binder to your routine. Timing matters with some medications.
Does this work with infrared? What about steam or a portable unit?
Yes to all of them. The timing is built around what your liver and gut are doing, not how the room gets hot. Traditional, infrared, steam, barrel, portable tent — if you're sweating meaningfully for 15+ minutes, the window is the same. Two gummies, 30 minutes before you get in.
Do I need this if I only sauna once or twice a week?
It's less essential than for someone going five times a week — but the logic doesn't change with frequency. The same thing happens in a single session as in twenty, just less often. If your sessions are irregular right now, a single jar is the sensible way in.
Can I take them on days I'm not using the sauna?
You can — the zeolite and acacia fiber don't stop working on rest days. But the formula and timing were built around the acute window that heat creates, so that's where the value concentrates. Most people run it on sauna days only, and a jar lasts proportionally longer.
Is this only for men?
The brand is built for and marketed to men, but nothing in the formula is sex-specific, and a meaningful share of our customers are women. Two honest caveats: the included Sauna Guide is written for a male audience, and — as with any supplement — if you're pregnant or nursing, check with your doctor first.
Will this help me lose weight?
No, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. This isn't a weight-loss product and we don't make weight-loss claims for it. The scale change you see after a sauna session is water, and it comes back when you rehydrate — which you should.
If weight is your main reason for buying, this isn't the product for you.
Will it back me up?
The acacia fiber is in there specifically so it doesn't. It's a soluble, fermentable fiber that supports normal motility and feeds beneficial gut bacteria (Calame et al. 2008) — the opposite behavior from a binder taken alone. If you're prone to sluggish digestion, keep your water up on sauna days.
Is it vegan?
Yes — it's pectin-based, with no gelatin. For gluten and other allergen questions, reach out to our support team; we're finalizing full allergen documentation and would rather answer you precisely than guess.
How long does one jar last?
It maps to how often you sauna, not to a calendar month — two gummies per session:
• 5+ sessions/week — about 6 weeks
• 3–4 sessions/week — about 2 months
• 1–2 sessions/week — about 4 months
Can I change how often it ships?
Yes. You set the interval, and you can change it, skip a shipment, or pause any time from your account — no email required.
What if I don't feel anything?
Fair question. This isn't a stimulant — there's no rush or tingle. It works in your gut while you're sitting in the heat thinking about something else.
What people tend to report is a difference in the hours after a session rather than during it — less of that flattened, drained feeling later in the evening, and more regular digestion within the first week or two. If you run it for a full jar and it's done nothing for you, use the guarantee. Results vary.
